1. General Conditions

  • Return period: You have the right to return unused and unopened products within 14 days of receipt of the goods. After this period, we can unfortunately no longer offer a return or exchange.
  • Condition of the products: Returns are only accepted if the products are in their original packaging, unopened, unused and undamaged. All seals and labels must be intact.
  • Hygienic reasons: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot take back open, used or partially used disposable e-cigarettes. This also applies to products that have come into contact with liquids (e-liquids).
  • Exceptions: Defective or defective products (e.g. "Dead on Arrival" - DOA) can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided you inform us within 2 days of receipt. We reserve the right to check defective products before a refund or exchange is made.

2. Exchange

  • Exchange is only possible if the product is defective or does not correspond to the ordered goods (e.g. wrong flavor or model).
  • We do not offer exchanges for non-defective products unless it is a fault on our part (e.g. incorrect delivery).

3. Refund

  • Amount: For accepted returns, we will refund the full purchase price (including shipping costs, if applicable) to the original payment method. The customer bears the shipping costs for the return.
  • Processing time: After receiving and checking the returned goods, we process the refund within 7-10 working days. The actual credit to your account may vary depending on the payment provider.
  • No refund for: Open products, personalized items or products damaged due to abuse.

4. Returning Process

5. Warranty and Defects

  • All our disposable e-cigarettes are subject to a 30-day manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects.
  • In the event of defects (e.g. not working upon receipt) we will replace the product or refund the purchase price. A return for reasons like "taste doesn't like taste" is not possible.
  • Note: Disposable products are consumables and subject to normal wear. Abuse (e.g. improper storage) excludes warranty claims.
