Below you will find all important details about our shipping conditions. Please note that disposable e-cigarettes and related products are subject to legal requirements in Germany and the EU, including age restrictions (18 years and older) and packaging regulations under the Tobacco Products Act (TabakerZG). We only ship to full-time customers and carry out an age verification.
shipping costs
- Within Germany: Shipping is free from an order value of €39. For orders under €39, the shipping costs are €4.95.
- EU-wide: Shipping costs are €9.95 per order. Free shipping from 100 €.
- International deliveries outside the EU: Currently, we do not ship outside the EU due to customs and regulatory restrictions on disposable e-cigarettes. Please contact us for individual inquiries.
- All prices include VAT. The buyer bears additional customs fees or taxes in non-EU countries.
We use reliable partners like DHL for shipping to ensure safe and trackable delivery. Disposable e-cigarettes are shipped in child-safe, neutral packaging that meets EU requirements (max. 2 ml of liquid volume per device, max. 20 mg/ml nicotine concentration).
delivery times
- Germany: Orders placed by 2 p.m. are usually shipped on the same working day. The delivery time is 1-2 working days.
- EU countries: Delivery time 3-5 working days, depending on the destination country.
- Holidays and weekends can extend delivery time. We will inform you about the shipping status by e-mail.
Please note that due to regulations for tobacco and nicotine products (e.g. EU Battery Regulation) disposable e-cigarettes 2026 could possibly be banned. We always adhere to current laws and adapt our guidelines accordingly.

Each order will receive a tracking number, which will be sent to you by email. You can check the status of your delivery at any time on our partner page: http://vapelogistic.com/. Just enter your tracking number to get real-time updates.
Age verification and legal notices
- All Shopvapor products are intended for people over 18 years old. During delivery, an age check is carried out by the deliverer (e.g. DHL AgeSight).
- We do not ship products to minors or to countries where the import of disposable e-cigarettes is prohibited.
- Health Warnings: Disposable e-cigarettes contain nicotine, which is addictive. Packaging carries mandatory warnings in accordance with EU directives.
- Returns: Unopened products can be returned within 14 days. Open disposable e-cigarettes are excluded from exchange for hygienic reasons.
